Well, it's officially Fall, so that means I can get out pumpkin stuff. I was never a huge fan of it, but I saw this recipe and had to make it. It was the "cinnamon cream cheese frosting" that got me. They were as delicious as they look. They're also good without frosting as a more tame muffin. The recipe calls them cupcakes, but they were more muffiny than cakey.
I halved the frosting recipe and had lots of frosting as you can see. I also only used 2C of powdered sugar in it instead of freakin' 4 like the recipe says. It was plenty sweet. I recommend tasting it as you add sugar.NOT STOCK
