Let's see if I can remember everything!

Firstly, =kirilee is hosting a contest for stockers. Basically you take inspiration from another stocker and make stock based on it! I'm entering

STOCK CONTEST - INSPIRATIONG'day folks,
I am two days over due, but here it is. A contest ONLY for stock!
The theme is 'Inspiration'
And I can hear some of you already going... "What the??? That is a bit BROAD!"
Well there is a twist.
You need to find inspiration from another stock artist.
The idea of this is to push you outside of your comfort zone and create an stock image (or series) that you never thought you would create.
Which other stock artist do you watch and go "Wow!", I wish I could be more like them?
To be clear, this is not having you re-create their image/ series. It is about you taking inspiration from that series and putting your own spin on it

Secondly, =CelticStrm-Stock is doing some great things for the Stock and Resources gallery. She's started a new group called #Safe-Stock-Resources that promotes and only accepts stock to the gallery that has been verified as legitimate. We all know the huge problem with stolen stock. Check out the journal here:

Becoming a Verified Safe Stock Resource ProviderEarlier we brought up the importance of providing valid and safe resources as stock providers. We are the front lines, so to speak, on ensuring the quality and validity of our resources. We mentioned in our last blog (which you can read below) about a way to become verified safe stock providers. There was a lot of positive feedback on the idea. The question was how to prevent those who would abuse a stamp from using it.
~hyenacub-stock suggested creating an alternate group that only certain members can join as a method for preventing the "posers." *EveLivesey suggested the name "Safe Stock" for the project. So, by combining the two ideas, we now have a sister group called #Safe-Stock-Resources. I've spent some time this evening fleshing out the group page, and I believe that it's a good start.
#Safe-Stock-Resources can be that marker, the seal of approval, on great and trustworthy stock resources. If you would like to become a part of it, let me know, and I will send yo

This is a really simple, small site to start but I have bigger plans for it! For now, it's a place where you can go to purchase advance downloads of unreleased stock, or to buy the USB drive. It's also a central hub for SenshiStock social media. The biggest of thanks goes to Steve Forde for his quick implementation of the site!
There are four packs available for advance download right now: Bird's Eye, Fans, Monster, and the collab shoot with ~Sinned-angel-stock (more about that one below). The packs will rotate throughout the year allowing you access to different types of stock. These are all stock images that will eventually be available in the gallery for free, but your purchase now allows you early access to them and helps support the creation of more stoc

Last but certainly not least, the DD Suggestion Drive is back by popular demand and going strong! You can WIN PRIZES simply by suggesting DDs in January. Look!:

In January of 2012, the community was challenged by `thorns to do something about their complaints on dA. Thus was born this very group! But before the group, it was just a fledgling idea on `Kneeling-Glory's account that began with a DD Suggestion Contest. The results of that contest were overwhelming. And so, under the prodding of quite a few Community Volunteers, we're going to do it again!

UPDATE: Less than 1 week in and we've already got 100 suggested DDs and 2 accepted suggestions!!
