The Craft a Mo' Contest saw some great entries! See the winners here:
Winners of the Craft a Mo' ContestHuge congrats to our winners, and a big thank you to everyone who took part in the contest and grew Mo's for Movember this year!! You are all stars!!
What is Movember?
During the month of November each year, Movember asks men across the world to grow a moustache (or Mo') with the aim of raising vital funds and awareness for men’s health issues. Mo Bros are helping to change the face of men’s health by effectively becoming walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by promoting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health. Together, we are truly changing the face of men’s health.

Staff Members?Would any of you be interested in being on the staff? As you may have noticed it has slowed down a bit with us and let me tell you why. Aside from both my sister and myself getting more responsibilities at work and attending school we have both decided to start our own business as well :). We love this group and all the great artist that are in it and would very much like to see it continue but we don't wish to cut down on the submissions policy. Autocomplete for Mentions
We've just launched an addition to the Mentions feature that makes interaction easier than ever!
When using @ to Mention a deviant or Group, a list will now appear in a menu while you type that includes deviants and Groups you +Watch, deviants who have already commented in the conversation, as well as deviants who have the exact username that you have already typed in, if applicable. This addition makes conversation more dynamic than ever, as communication becomes even easier.
Please note that this feature is only available on places where the "Add Media" button is available (comments, deviation descriptions, Journals, etc.).

Winners of the Halloween Murder Mystery Contest! What happened?
We are pleased to announce the winners of the Halloween Murder Mystery Contest that was run through Halloween-HQ! First, let us tell you exactly what happened.
The killer was the Queen of Hearts. Ruthless and cold, she set out to kill Prince Charming for repeatedly spurning her unwanted shows of affection. She used a thin knife and struck when the lights went out during the castle ball. Quickly realizing what she had done and that she had gotten the wrong victim, she fled across Fairyland, through the dark forest, and back to her own castle.
Well, we originally had 3 prizes: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place based on scores from the characters you visited. (You didn't know you were being scored, did you?) :XD: But, when we ended up with 825 participants, we figured we needed to up the prizes a bit, too. Moonbeam13 over in Community Relations is a goddess, and she made the prizes even BIGGER!

How to Make a Good Profile PageHow to Make a Good Profile Page
Learn some helpful tips to ensure your profile page is appealing to the masses!
written by miontre for Community Week in projecteducate.
Quite simply, the way you present yourself is important. People make decisions about other people based on the way they present themselves. You know this is true because you do it yourself. There is no shame in this, because it's natural human behavior: we simply do not have the time to make decisions about each and every person we encounter from scratch, so we have to make some decisions based on how they present themselves. One such judgments made in this way is how worthwhile a person is - through this, we don't learn about a personality, but rather how long we are going to hold interest in this person.
If there's one thing which makes me uninterested in a person's profile, resulting in my immediate departure, it's when there's too much junk and mess on there - a result of careless presentation. :l
